Agena is Indonesia's leading padel and tennis retailer, and this project covered its brand design from the ground up, identity, apparel, and how it all shows up in a physical retail space. The brief was to make a fast-growing sport feel premium, like something worth belonging to rather than just gear worth buying, and the identity leans into that with bold color, confident type, and a retail experience that feels more like a club than a shop.
